Buy Milk and Bread….It’s gonna Snow in Atlanta
Good luck to you, your friends and your family. We can only hope and pray that we can hunker down tonight and survive the winter snow storm of 2010. Don’t forget your milk, bread and to fill up your gas generators before you go to sleep tonight. I think they sell snow shoes and skiis at REI. You may want to stop by there as well. We just don’t know how long this is gonna last….. (yes, I’m joking)
Here, in lovely hot-lanta, we’re getting ready to get less than an inch of snow. It hasn’t even started snowing yet, and most of the schools in the area have already been cancelled. I just drove by the grocery store and noticed a full parking lot filled with a mad rush of people picking up the “bare essentials” to survive a snow storm. Atlanta may not be able to dig out of this one for at least a day…..
I guess I find it funny because I grew up in the northern part of the US. We’d get an inch of snow a day, and nobody would think twice about it. In Atlanta’s defense, the biggest difference is that the northern road authorities are prepared with plenty of salt, sand and trucks to take care of the icing. The drivers up there are also used to it.
Hell, I get nervous driving around down here when there isn’t ice or snow. Thank you Atlanta traffic.
Anyway, like I said, good luck. I will pray for you and your families. Stay warm. We must survive.

Amazing!! I’ve never understood the whole bread and milk thing…if you were to say to me…Hey Mindbomb it’s gonna snow/rain (insert natural occurrence) you better go to the grocery store, you might not get to leave you house for DAYS! Here’s the top 5 things I’d get
1. 2-3 movies from the Red Box (because you know the cable will go out)
2. Pizza..
3. Beer or another adult beverage
4. Bananas/veggies
5. Pasta and pasta sauce
I mean really who the hell wants to be stuck eating bread and drinking milk when “Whiteout 2010″ happens? What happens when you have bread but run out of fixins’? Tell me that professor? You gonna eat mustard and mayonnaise sandwiches?
One word comes to mind…fucktard

No doubt the best way to get through a snow storm is the beeritout
Thats right just beeritout. Get enough beer and you can make it through ANYTHING.

I think it might be a conspiracy from the bread and milk counsel of America…

totally.
It is like Valentines day is a conspiracy by jewlers, chocalate makers, and hallmark.
Snow Weather is over exagerated and it is done so because the Grocery stores line the Weather man’s pocket with gold.
They do the same shit during hurricane season too.
