That wasn’t so bad. Its really a lot more common than you think. What that was is an ingrown hair. If you look at his back, he has a lot of hair. On the back, you can get an ingrown hair that can fester for years undetected and this is what happens. Most people will have it removed by a doctor, but with the internet stardom, why not a couple of ladies, beer, and a video camera. I have actually seen one of these done, and the smell is terrible, much worse than the visual. If they did not remove the hair or hairs that my be at the root of the problem, we could see “Worlds Largest Zit II” in a couple of years. He will probely look like Chewbacca by then.
