We Are the Champions AGAIN!!!

That is right bitches Snapple Caps Reign Supreme for the second time ever at team trivia! After an unprecedented run of 5 weeks in a row of finishing in the money (top three) our streak was broken last week. What did we do? Came back with a vengeance and took what is rightfully ours! First Place!!!

Those who follow ZC closely will probably recall the infamous post from September 24 2008 declaring our first ever 1st place victory, well tonight we are back in the winners circle, kings of the world, like LL said DON’T CALL IT A COMEBACK!!

It was a great effort on everyone’s part with key contributions from all. The final question and the amount to wager was greatly influenced by Hanzosword and Mrs. Mindbomb and that was instrumental in our victory! That said though we would not have been able to do it with out all cylinders clicking. Heck thanks must be paid to all past snapple cappers and those who did not make it for helping us sharpen our whits over the weeks (and i mean weeks) of preparation for this moment.

It is going to be nice walking around all week with the “championship swagger” that we will all have. That big $30.00 check is gonna be burning all week just begging to be spent!

Just so all the haters know we finally got serious tonight and signed up to get a league number. What did the team do…. What we do best dominate, kick ass, and take names!
