Really it doesn’t matter how slow something is that a person is operating, its right that if the person is drunk, high or drowsy from prescription medication that they should not be operating a mobility scooter or anything else that puts them or others in danger.

• And of course there is a price of a scooter.

While at the bar watching football, I was telling a story about a friend in college that got a DUI on a riding lawnmower (dude was wearing a cowboy hat, boxers, and cowboy boots only)…only to have it trumped by the DUI on a horse story. Unbelieveable.

yeah the man can pretty much arrest you for operating anything under the influence…even yourself…(public drunkenness?)..would not surprise me of you could get a RHWI (Riding horse while intoxicated)…I have heard of a couple of people in Athens getting arrested for biking under the influence…
