A man lost his life yesterday at a “Big Ass” animal training camp. This particular camp has bears, large cats and other animals that can eat you. The animals are trained for photo shoots and movies (our entertainment). Although, I appreciate seeing a snow leopard next to a swim suit model and a bear chasing Will Ferrel around a ring, I am not sure it was worth this man’s life. Has Hollywood not moved past this histroric tactic? I recently saw a movie where dragons flew through the sky and obviously they did not use real dragons. I am sure there are many purist out there that demand a real bear be in a scene to ensure the integrity of the scene, but is this worth this man losing his life? I guess this same guy may have been training a bear for the circus if Hollywood was not the life line of this camp. As Striker Murdock would say, “When animals attack… nobody is safe!”

They found White Castle….now what.

Harold and Kumar and coming back to theaters this weekend.  This new installment to the franchise begins the same morning that the stoner duo eat White Castle in the first movie.  If you remember, Harold learns that Maria, the love of his live, is heading to Amsterdam…….well of course they have to go.  Evidently, there is a mix-up on the flight, and they are charged as terrorists. 

If this movie is anything like the first, then we can be sure to be in for a ride of drug induced, sexually charged comedy.  Good combination if you ask me. 

You can expect Niel Patrick Harris to reprise his role of Niel Patrick Harris….who the heck knows what Doogie will be up to in this movie.  Last time he was “trippin’ balls on X” while liking car seats and leaving “love stains” in the back seat of Harold’s car…

We do know that they drop in on president Bush, spend time in Jail and have half the country trying to “apprehend” the terrorists…..

Anyway, no matter what these two get into this time, I’m sure it will be hilarious.  Below you can find the rated R preview.  Enjoy.

New pictures from the upcoming GI Joe the movie keep coming out.  This one is of the cross-bow weilding Scarlett played by Rachel Nichols.   I have to admit, she looks pretty damn hot!  In the comic, she and Snake Eyes had a “thing.”  Wonder if that will play out in the movie.

As we start to move closer to summer many of us will have the pleasure of enjoying life and escaping our 4 walled 5 day a week prison. If you are lucky enough to escape we generally feel the need to let people know we are not there with a handy dandy out of office reply. So all the other prisoners can be envious of our escape.  

When planning your next trip please keep these “Out of Office” replies in mind by comedian Neal Boortz!

1. I am currently out of the office at a job interview and will reply to you if I fail to get the position. Please be prepared for my mood.

2. You are receiving this automatic notification because I am out of the office. If I was in, chances are you wouldn’t have received anything at all.

I read today that a “hacker” spent a month re-programing his wife’s favorite video game so that when she hit a certain score, a message would pop up asking her to marry him. 

A couple of points on this….

The Geek in me says “wow, that is pretty cool.” 

The bigger Geek in me says “holy shit, his wife plays enough video games to think this is romantic and even said yes when she saw it, thus thinking it was a romantic gesture…..awesome.”

My wife doesn’t play video games much….unless you count Guitar Hero (which is cool enough for me).  However, even if I somehow got her to play a game long enough to achieve some sort of high score that would have un-locked a secret “will you marry me” message, she would have kicked me in the balls and told me to come up with something more creative…

On a side note, the manufacturer of the game (Bejeweled) said they are going to give a game away to everybody at the wedding as a party favor.  I thought that was a nice touch.

I have always found this to be quite fascinating to think about.  What if your garbageman (sorry, Sanitation Specialist) decided to go on strike and not pick up your trash?  How long before you go crazy?  My guess is that most people would freak out at only the second missed pickup.  Two Weeks of trash…how many bags would that equate to?  Where would you keep it or take it if nobody was there to pick it up and take it away.  Most people put their waste into the trash can and put it out at the curb once a week and once it’s gone, it is no longer thought about.  Where does all this shit go?  What does it amount to? 

Well, recently the National Geographic Channel did a special on this very subject.  It’s called “Human Footprint” and it has somewhat turned me into an environmental alarmist or something.  I probably won’t change my habits too drastically, but it’s nice to have shit put into perspective sometimes.

This video doesn’t even really get into everything else we consume on a daily basis.  Your car, the paper supplies you so casually use at work, everything you buy that is wrapped in plastic, etc.

The US Supreme Court has denied the apeal for the individual who was sentenced 30 years for brutally killing his grandparents with a shotgun in the middle of the night, while they slept, when he was 12.

“There are no 12-year-old monsters,” said Duprey (his lawyer). She blaims his acts on Zoloft.

Wow… I do not even know where to start. I know it is human nature to have a reasonable explanation for things. It is hard for us all to swallow that a 12 year old can do something like this. Let me just offer this as an explanation… crazy people are born and then crazy people do crazy ass shit. I do not think killers were not cuddled enough as children or did not have a “leave it to beaver” childhood. I think they were born with the gene to do this kind of thing, much like Einstein or Jordan were born with their genes.

It would just be my luck to have a child to be born with “crazyiness”. Would there be signs?
